Ingredients
  

  • 1 small Apple cored and chopped
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach 1 handful
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds superfood
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water

Optional, for added sweetness

  • 1 tsp Honey or
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Core and chop the apple, peel and chop the cucumber, and add them to your blender along with the baby spinach, banana, and chia seeds.
  • Add the Liquids: Pour in the unsweetened almond milk and water. These liquids help blend the ingredients smoothly, creating a refreshing, drinkable consistency.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are fully combined and the smoothie is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more water or almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie, and if you prefer it sweeter, add a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup and blend again.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy it immediately. For an extra boost, top with a sprinkle of chia seeds.
