- 1 Kiwifruit Divided
- 1 cup Baby Spinach 1 handful
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1 serving of Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Crushed Pecans topping
- 1 tsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Peel and slice half of the kiwifruit, and set it aside for topping.
In a blender, combine the remaining half of the kiwifruit, baby spinach, frozen banana, avocado, vanilla protein powder, Greek yogurt, and almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with the reserved kiwi slices, crushed pecans, and coconut flakes.
